 WHAT IS FAR INFRARED (FIR)?

What Is Far Infrared (FIR)?

FIR is a natural form of electromagnetic light energy from the sun. This energy is absolutely essential for all living things in the world, including human beings.

FIR, by it physical properties, has a deep penetrating power. It can penetrate through the skin into the subcutaneous tissues to:

  • Improve blood circulation
  • Promote overall metabolism
  • Get rid of bodily toxins and metabolicby-products from the body
  • Improve cellular vitality

Upon penetrating the skin, FIR transforms from light energy into heat energy. The thermal effect within the deep layers of the tissues causes blood vessels and capillaries to dilate, promoting a better blood circulation.

Global pollution diminishes the opportunities for human bodies to absorb FIR from the sun, as our ancestors did. The FIR from the sun is: Blocked by fog, smog, polluted air and high rise buildings. Affected by electronic pollution, the EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency), emitted by hi-tech products such as microwave ovens, cellular phones, computers, fax machines and other electrical appliances etc. The inadequacy of FIR absorption causes many diseases including, but not limited to, headaches, migraine, contusions, muscular pain, nervousness, depression, fatigue, stomach ulcers, gastric troubles, constipation, high and low blood pressure, poor circulation, chronic bronchitis, asthma, insomnia, and etc...
